Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide timely care to all our patients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This advance notice allows us to offer the available time slot to another patient who may be in need of care. Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a non-refundable $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve our community effectively.
