Dragon Health Clinic is a direct-pay medical practice. We do not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.
If requested, we can provide a superbill for patients to submit to their insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your individual insurance plan.
All pricing is listed below for clarity. Laboratory testing, imaging, and prescription medications are billed separately unless explicitly stated.
Initial Consultation – $175

Hormone Optimization Programs (starting at $150 a month)
Program pricing varies based on clinical needs, laboratory testing requirements, and medication dosing.
Membership plans (if applicable) cover professional medical services as outlined in the membership description. Membership does not include laboratory testing, imaging, specialty referrals, or prescription medication costs unless specifically stated.
Membership plans are not health insurance.
Weight Management Therapy
Medical weight management is individualized. Total cost varies depending on:

Laboratory requirements
Compounded medications, when prescribed, are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy pursuant to a valid prescription and are not FDA-approved. Patients are counseled regarding regulatory status and potential risks prior to initiation.
Medication pricing will be disclosed prior to dispensing.
Laboratory Testing
Laboratory testing is billed separately. We work with national laboratories to provide transparent pricing whenever possible.
Refund Policy
Professional medical services are non-refundable once rendered.
Dispensed medications are non-refundable once provided.
Prepaid services may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused services at the clinic’s discretion.
Financial Responsibility
By scheduling services, patients agree to the clinic’s direct-pay model and acknowledge financial responsibility for services rendered.
